If faults are found they are repaired or replaced using original parts.
Our Brisbane Service Centre processes and services all phones for your peace of mind. The devices are tested in accordance with a 72-point process and are graded accordingly. If any faults are found, they are repaired or replaced. We give you 30 days to try out your new device, and if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can get a refund, replacement, or repair.
