Certified Tech Direct Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Certified Tech Direct (CTD) is an online reseller of consumer electronic products. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CTD platform, including your access to and use of the services, content, and features available on the platform. By accessing or using the CTD platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the CTD platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify CTD immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach.  

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the CTD platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the CTD platform without CTD’s prior written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the CTD platform in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to harassing, threatening, or defaming others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CTD makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content on the platform. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

CTD shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. 

9. Force Majeure

Certified Tech Direct cannot be held responsible, nor considered in breach of these GCU, for any delays or failure to perform obligations when such delays or failures arise due to force majeure events. This includes, but is not limited to, cyber attacks, unavailability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, personal or other essential resources, as well as interruptions, suspensions, or disturbances to electricity or communication networks. Any unforeseen circumstance or event beyond the control of Certified Tech Direct that hinders its ability to perform under normal conditions shall also be considered a force majeure event.

In such cases, the User is not entitled to any form of compensation and cannot pursue legal action or claim any warranty against Certified Tech Direct. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.

  

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

CTD may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the most current version of these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the CTD platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
